There is a bug in JIRA and you cannot directly maintain incoming authentication data. So please save the link first and then edit your newly created application and switch to "Incoming Authentication".

Save all your changes. JIRA is ready to provide the data to the Outlook client.

 

SSL Certificate

The whole communication between Outlook and JIRA is SSL encrypted so you need to add the certificate in the JIRA application link. There are two possibilities to get the certificate:

  • Recommended: Use the auto-generated certificate
    As soon as you registered the JIRA instance with yasoon, we automatically generate a new certificate for you. The private one is already registered at our yasoon administration panel, the public key is shown on the Admin page of your JIRA addon (see image below). 

  • Create your own
    If you need a custom SSL certificate, due to corporate requirements, please contact us for more information.
