| Check your license status Go to the JIRA admin area and switch to "Addons". There select the link "Outlook App for JIRA". You may need to login to see the license status. There are 3 license status: - Active: everything ok
- Trial: you are still in a trial period
- Not Licensed: Your Trial has ended and the Outlook clients will soon or have already stopped.
