We offer two JIRA for Outlook add-ons, which run on different operating systems.:
- The the Windows add-in that only runs on a Windows client
- The the Office add-in that runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Web.

However, we suggest to make use of the Windows add-in, if technically possible. The Windows add-in offers you more functionalities than the Office add-in. You can compare the included features in our product factsheet.
It is possible to install both add-ons, the Windows add-in and the Office add-in to get all possible features. You therefore need to fit the technical requirements of both add-ons.
In rare cases the Windows add-in has problems with other add-ons, you then better use the Office add-in.
