You can now compose you mail just like you would in Outlook. When sending the mail, you can choose the Sharing Options just like you would when creating an issue in Outlook, see Feature: Send & Share share emails

The created mail can then be seen by all users selected in the Sharing Options in the Emails: Related Emails web panel.
