If the automatic update failed, there could be be different reasons for, one example could be your active firewall.
In this case, the update failed, you can download the new version on top instead of unsubscribe the old version.
Here you can find more information Installation COM add-in . Most often it is caused by a restrictive firewall or the company proxy.
Whitelist Update URL
If possible, you can ask to whitelist the updater URL in the firewall / proxy. The updater runs on Outlook startup and checks for new updates at:
https://api.yasoon.com/*
Update manually
You can also download the new version manually and install it on top - without uninstalling the old version.
