Only available for Confluence Cloud and Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

You can now share calendars with people who do not have access to your calendar in Outlook. No worries, our app takes care that only groups of people you have shared your calendar with can see it. All calendars are also always shared with your own Outlook permissions.

To share a calendar, go to open calendar as usual.

When selected the calendar you want to open, you can now select the desired sharing option.

The default option may vary as it is set by your administrator.

You can choose between the following sharing options:

  • Everyone that is logged in with Office 365, restricts viewing the calendar events to users logged in to Office. It also respects the permissions maintained in Outlook.

  • Everyone that is logged in with Confluence, will display the calendar to all people logged in to Confluence and have access to this page.

  • Everyone with access to this page, will allow all people with access to this page to view the calendar events. Please note that depending on the Confluence settings these may be people from outside your organization.

Once you have selected the desired option, you can click “Open” to display the calendar as desired.
