To get a license key / access code to the JIRA for Outlook app for Office 365, it's necessary to configure JIRA first. It's possible that your administrator has already done so.
If not, please advise him or her to install the following addon from the Atlassian Marketplace.
If this is done, you can find the license key in different places in JIRA:
If you are a JIRA administrator
The license key can be found in your JIRA admin panel, under "Addons" → "Outlook App for JIRA" → "General Overview":
If you are a JIRA end-user
If you are a JIRA user, you can find the license key when you click the help icon
in the top navigation and select "Outlook App".
On the resulting page, you should be seeing the license key:
