Data stored on our servers
This document always reflects the data stored for the currently active version, it may be different for older versions. If you need this information for an older version of the add-in, please get in touch!
As a general rule of thumb, we try to store as little data as possible on our servers (located in Frankfurt, Germany).
Conversation / Issue link
This is (as of now) the only data we store in our database. It allows us to match Jira issues to Outlook email conversations. As we can do more and more of this with native Jira technology, this will also go away at some point.
