Migrate from server to cloud

Atlassian ended sales for new server licenses and will end support for server on February 2, 2024.

If you’re using Outlook Email for Jira on server, this guide helps you to easily upgrade to cloud.

Additionally to the server features (version 3), you’ll get:

• Send and share emails from a Jira issue

• Create issue / Add to issue: When “email/conversation sharing” is enabled, insert only the latest email, not the full history

Migration
