Extend the trial for Jira Server

This guide explains how to create a new trial license for Outlook Email for Jira.

 

Please go to https://my.atlassian.com and search for our app Outlook Email for Jira and click on

New trial License.

You can only see licenses you have created on your own. If you do not find the license for Outlook Email for Jira here, the trial was started by a coworker and he has to extend it.
Contact us and we can help you extending the license.

Please agree the terms and click on Generate License to get a new license key.

Last step, follow the instruction and copy the license key to your clipboard on Jira side.

On Jira side, please go to Jira settings → Manage apps → and enter your new License key.

If you get this error message, you might be used the maximum number of the trial licenses.
