Meetings in Jira

Our meetings feature does not require specific configuration. It can be used right away.

However, there are some smaller configurations you can do. See below.

Global configuration

Templates

In your Jira admin settings, you find “Templates” in your sidebar. This is a feature we offer for meetings, chats and emails.

Templates can be set up globally and / or project specific (see below). The process is all the same.

We offer to set-up templates in order to avoid repetitive tasks, but it is not a prerequisite to use our meetings feature at all.

Follow the link to learn more about: Templates (yasoon.com)

Project specific configuration

General (project) settings

Meeting length

Decide on a default meeting length when a meeting is scheduled.

Time picker steps

Choose timing steps when creating a meeting (e.g. 11:30, 11:45)
