Navigate to Outlook Settings

To set and change all technical settings for the add-on navigate to Outlook Settings in your JIRA admin panel.

Outlook Settings

Here you can change:

  1. General Settings Control some general behaviors of JIRA for Outlook. For example if you would like to send automatic error logs, analytics and introduction mails or if you like to activate the help widget. They cannot be changed by the user if not stated explicitly.
  2. Initial JIRA Settings Sets the initial settings for the JIRA application but the user can change them. For example set if you want to show desktop notifications or automatically want to add attachments to an issue.
  3. JIRA Settings Controls technical settings and general workflows. Changes will update existing clients to the new settings. Here you can for example enable the task sync.
