This article describes how to download the non-Office 365 / Windows version of the Outlook add-in. Please choose if you are using Jira Cloud or Jira Server.
Download the add-in when using Jira Server
Visit the Outlook Email for Jira admin configuration
Go to your Jira and choose "Manage apps" in the setting menu. Then choose "Outlook App" → "General Overview".
Download or share the add-in installation file
You can download the Outlook Add-In from the third box, when you completed the wizard. For most non-Office 365 users, the "Standard"-installer for Windows is the best choice. In case you want to install the add-in centrally, please check this guide.
Download the add-in when using Jira Cloud
Visit the Outlook Email for Jira admin configuration
Go to your Jira and choose "Jira Settings" in the main menu. Then choose "Apps" → "Outlook App" → "General Overview".
