Optional Office Login

If you want use the Calendar only for Jira dates you now can skip the Office365/Exchange login dialog. The login prompt also only appears if an Outlook or Jira Calendar is embedded.

German Translation

We now added a german translation for our app. With the new framework we also have the possibility to add more languages (with your help )
