Missing task lists

Symptom

In Jira, only a few (e.g. two) of your lists are shown.

Solution

Please check in Outlook, if you have deleted task folders in your “Deleted Items” folder. In some cases, users have reported this to cause this issue. If you empty your “Deleted Items” folder, the lists should show up correctly in Jira.
