Initiate a conversation
To initiate a conversation you can choose one of the following:
“Send mail” action
“Share as Email” issue tool
“Related Mails” web panel
Compose E-Mail
You can now compose you mail just like you would in Outlook. When sending the mail, you can choose the Sharing Options just like you would when creating an issue in Outlook, see Send & share emails
The created mail can then be seen by all users selected in the Sharing Options in the Emails: Related Emails web panel.
