Adjustments
The organization field will no longer be pre-filled automatically when organizations are found for the sender of the email. This resulted in unexpected behaviour, as the request was then forwarded to all people in this organization. If you want to re-enable this pre-filling, take a look at our documentation for Outlook add-in templates

Updated the iOS and Android version of the add-in to use the desktop code. Previously iOS and Android would use a very old version, which did not have the latest fixes. Usability will be a bit less mobile optimized than before, but more custom fields are supported and connectivity is much improved. In case you notice any UI glitches, please reach out to our support.
Support for the new Microsoft Edge view. This is only active for new installs for now, but after monitoring the compatibility will be activated for everyone soon. You can read more about this in our help article here: Email: Web View Configuration .
