Migrate from server to cloud

Atlassian ended sales for new server licenses and will end support for server on February 2, 2024.

If you’re using Outlook Email for Jira on server, this guide helps you to easily upgrade to cloud.

Features

yasoon always had a cloud-first strategy, so Outlook Email for Jira has even more features to offer for cloud than for server.

Additionally to the server features (version 3), you’ll get:

• Send and share emails from a Jira issue

• Create issue / Add to issue: When “email/conversation sharing” is enabled, insert only the latest email, not the full history

Migration

As of right now, we don’t offer an automatic migration - so you would have to migrate manually to cloud. We’re currently evaluating our options to offer a migration path, so feel free to drop us a line so we can learn more about your use case.
