Sometimes you just need to reset the addin. Maybe you need to switch the instance, maybe you have inconsistent data.
Here is how:
Open the "View Issue" Dialog and press the settings wheel in the upper right corner
Logout: Keeps your data and settings and just logs you off from Jira. Afterwards you'll be asked to login again.
Reset Everything: Clears all settings and data and resets the addin to the initial state.
