How it works

Our Outlook Calendars for Confluence app uses Outlook calendar as a fast, performant and secure way to work with calendars in Confluence. Benefit from real-time data, no sync needed. All dates are provided by Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange.

Create dedicated calendars for every use case in Confluence spaces or pages. You can even create new project meetings directly in Confluence. An Outlook meeting request is sent out automatically.

Add all Jira due dates, issue and sprints to your calendar in Confluence. View detailed information with a single click.

Getting Started

It's really easy to get started! Here's what you need to do to get going (for an Confluence administrator, please see the user guide if you are not an admin!)

  1. Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace
  2. Configure if you are connecting to Office 365 or an on-premise Microsoft Exchange server
  3. Use the personal or space calendar to connect to your Office account
  4. You're good to go!

In addition to the basic connectivity configuration (which is by default set to Office 365), you can optionally create or add existing shared mailboxes, but this is a little bit more advanced.
