Besides the sharing issues feature in Outlook, you can access your customer portal in Outlook - just like in Microsoft Teams. Configure the customer portal in MS Teams first. Learn more.

Compose a new email or reply to an existing one to and search for and share Jira issues via email. Let your Allow team members and / or stakeholders (outside your organization) to access relevant information right where they workvia email.

Outlook

Go to the sidebar “more apps” section in your Outlook and open “More apps”.

Click on “Add apps” and search for “Smart Connect for Jira”.

Search Find Smart Connect for Jira

Via your sidebar, search for Use the search function to look for our “Smart Connect for Jira” Jira app” and add add select it to your Outlook.

Add Pick Smart Connect for Jira

When selecting Choose the app , and click on “Add” and go back to your Outlook inbox to access the feature.
