Besides the sharing issues feature in Outlook, you can access your customer portal in Outlook - just like in Microsoft Teams. Configure the customer portal in MS Teams first. Learn more.

Compose a new email or reply to an existing one to search for and share Jira issues via email. Let your team members access relevant information right where they work.

Set-up

Outlook

Go to the sidebar in Outlook and open “More apps”.

Click on “Add apps” and search for “Smart Connect for Jira”.

Via your sidebar, search for “Smart Connect for Jira” and add add it to your Outlook.

When selecting the app, click on “Add” and go back to your Outlook inbox to access the feature.
