The Confluence administrator can define the following settings. They can be access via the admin menu: Apps → Outlook Meetings for Confluence → Outlook Meetings settings

Preconfigured Templates

If you want to allow your users to select a custom template you would need to add these in the Confluence app configuration. You can choose between edited blueprints and content templates. (Note: the app does not support space specific templates).

To ensure that the agenda, attendees and the date of the event are shown on the meeting notes page you would need to add the “Meeting Agenda Macro“ for the agenda, {{date}} and {{attendees}} to the template.
