We have a new version of Outlook Email for Jira!

Problem

When starting Outlook you get the following error message

Solution

The addon creates an own datafile if necessary to store custom Outlook objects. If the file gets deleted (e.g. uninstalling the addon) Outlook still tries to load the file.

You have to close the data file manually.


In your email inbox, you see a folder Jira

Right click on it and choose "close"
