Jira does not appear in the Outlook inbox

We have rare cases where yasoon does not appear as expected. We are aware of this issue and provide a workaround. However, we kindly ask you to contact our support team at support@yasoon.de so we can fix this issue in the near-term.


Use the Outlook Menu File --> yasoon to open our support settings.

Change yasoon appearance to Ribbon Menu (top) .


Now yasoon is available as ribbon in your Outlook toolbar:
