Installation exits prematurely

If you get the following message, it's best to contact us.


We might need some installation log files, which you can get by following the steps below:

  1. In your Windows explorer, navigate to where the installation file is located
  2. Click in the address bar, and enter the following
    jira_for_outlook.exe /L*V install.log
  3. This will create a file called "install.log" in the same folder. Please send this file to us.
