Yasoon provides two different Outlook Add-ins and has two different Jira Addons.

Customized Installer is available. The Installer provides the best experience and supports all maintained Outlook versions for Windows. (Currently Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016)

It is an .exe file that needs to be installed on every computer and can also be used in non-Exchange Environments.

Modern Add-in is included. It runs on all Outlook plattforms: Outlook 2016 for WIndows, Mac, Web, IOS and Android.
